Abbreviated Bios of Key Personnel

James G. Quinn
President and C.E.O., has been managing construction firms for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in directing architectural designers, estimators, project managers and support staff. James (Jim) Quinn has guided teams in the design and construction of many unique, high-end custom homes as well as commercial warehouse, multi-story office, multi-unit housing and even the remodel of a landmark restaurant. This broad range of construction projects has offered Mr. Quinn the opportunity to understand time and material management, quality control and have hands-on knowledge of a wide variety of construction materials including the ThermaSteel™ panels incorporated in the ASAP antiballistic wall system. He has been involved from the beginning with the product development of the ASAP BAM-8™ wall and continues to lead the team forward.


Ronald J. Hubbard
Director, Registered Architect and Member of AIA, is an experienced manager of major Department of Defense design and construction programs. He served, over a ten year Federal career, with NAVFAC in San Bruno, California, the Corps of Engineers in Europe, and ultimately at the Headquarters of the Corps of Engineers in Washington, DC. Ronald (Ron) Hubbard is intimately familiar with various Federal agencies’ selection policies, procedures and methodology having worked with 19 Federal and international agencies as well as many Fortune 500 and International Fortune 500 companies. His international experience includes work in 54 countries. Mr. Hubbard offers ASAP an in-depth understanding of the government design process and a wealth of experience in assisting with U.S. Federal projects as well as governmental and corporate markets abroad.

Prentice “Jack” Perry

Vice-President and Director of Testing and Field Installation,
served in the military at West Point where he was on the rifle team and trained as a ballistics expert. After military service, he became a superintendent of construction for Tidewater
Construction that led to his being, over the next 40 years, a supervisor on many sensitive new build and retrofit projects. Mr. Perry has a high DOD security clearance having worked on some 12 projects at the Pentagon. His continued interest in ballistics led him to establish his own shooting range equipped for ballistics testing. He was involved early on in the development of ASAP products where he has overseen rigorous testing, both internal and third party, and has contributed to developing field installation processes.

Gerald A. Decker

Director of Marketing, is Accredited in Public Relations and has over 20 years experience in designing and implementing marketing and communication programs for major corporations including GAF Building Materials, Hitachi, Wegener Communications, Yamaha, and Marshalltown. He has specialized in promoting tools and building materials to the construction industry and consumers. Gerald (Jerry) Decker has been involved in the launch of numerous new products including Hitachi power tools and Epson computer products to North America. He has designed and directed marketing initiatives involving all types of tactical communications, print, Internet and broadcast. Mr. Decker has been involved with creating the corporate identity of ASAP and developing its communication materials.

Leslie Quinn
Secretary/Treasurer, has over 30 years experience in managing the business side of several construction firms at times overseeing as many as 20 support staff. She has expertise in setting and monitoring financial control systems for both projects and the entire
corporation. Mrs. Quinn has extensive experience in streamlining paperwork flow both in relation to materials and personnel. She has a reputation for establishing and maintaining
professional relationships with vendors/suppliers. She also is a member of the founding group who developed the ASAP technology and has been responsible to see that necessary documentation and good workflow systems are set in motion.
