COMPANY SUMMARY

Antiballistic Security And Protection, Inc., (ASAP) is a Maryland corporation with its administrative headquarters in Severna Park, Maryland. The Company has assembled a team of seasoned experts in their relative fields to direct what has rapidly become an unfolding, dynamic opportunity. The leadership is balanced with veterans in architectural design, construction (particularly commercial, government and military projects), manufacturing expertise in pre-insulated steel components as well as marketing and administrative experience.

The conventional approach to protective walls calls for concrete “bunker” or steel plate walls which many existing building foundations cannot bear without extensive and costly reinforcement and which gravely impact the aesthetics and historical value of the structure.

Instead, ASAP lightweight, highly protective walls can be quickly installed with minimal disruption to daily operations and no major structural changes to the original building. Our patent-submitted core technology allows for a highly protective wall panel that can be modified to meet the specifications required across a variety of government, military, and industrial/commercial construction.

The Company has resolved to grow in an aggressive but orderly manner by continuing to develop new uses (tailored markets) for its existing technologies and exploring new technologies. ASAP has already added an important additional wall--an antiballlistic/anti-forced entry wall that has been tested by a U.S. government-approved testing facility and certified as stopping bullets AND stopping forced entry (when attacked with a wide variety of manual tools) for the prescribed time period.

Our immediate direction is to achieve peak awareness with U.S. officials and contractors and focus on U.S. directed projects regardless of the destination work site. Then, while pursuing international patents, ASAP will expand to work for foreign governments and reputable foreign corporations.

The Company has instituted a formal testing cycle that assures several benefits. Experimental work can carefully be kept proprietary until ready for third-party verification (such as the Underwriter Laboratories). Second, the costs of R&D are carefully managed. Three, ASAP can stay innovative and dominate the category.

ASAP develops extensive installation guides and trains ASAP inspectors. The Company will not sell its proprietary System unless an ASAP Advisor or Advisors is on site throughout the installation time period.
